phl9 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the phl9 platform available at phl9.cam (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", or "You") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with any supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference, including the phl9 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phl9 ("the Company", "We", or "Us").

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued access to phl9 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

Access to and use of phl9 is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a hard legal requirement under PAGCOR's regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game on phl9.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play. phl9 is designed for and regulated for use within the Philippines.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion agreement with phl9 or any self-exclusion program administered by PAGCOR or other competent authority.
• Single Account: You may hold only one (1) registered account on phl9. Multiple accounts are prohibited and subject to immediate suspension.

phl9 reserves the right to request verification of eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility may result in account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of any bonus balances.

To access real-money games on phl9, you must complete the registration process and pass our Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. The following conditions apply:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth.

All financial transactions on phl9 are conducted in Philippine Peso ("PHP" / "₱"). The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the name of the verified account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• phl9 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, including requests for proof of source of funds where required by applicable law or internal risk assessment.
• Deposits made via payment methods that do not support reverse transactions cannot be refunded to the original payment method after the funds have been credited to your phl9 wallet.
• phl9 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (such as GCash or your bank) may apply their own fees, over which phl9 has no control.
• Funds in your phl9 wallet do not accrue interest. Your phl9 balance is not a financial product and is not insured by any government deposit insurance scheme.

phl9 offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each offer:

• Bonuses are awarded at phl9's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus balances already credited to player accounts are honoured according to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotional terms.
• Not all game categories contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and certain slot titles may carry different contribution percentages. Full contribution tables are published in individual promotion pages.
• Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, match betting, arbitrage betting, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any pattern of play designed to exploit bonus terms — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Players may, at their discretion, decline a bonus offer before it is activated. Once a bonus has been accepted and play has commenced, it cannot be reversed.

All games available on phl9 — including but not limited to live dealer games, slot machines, table games, sports betting, fishing games, bingo, keno, and sabong — are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general terms also apply:

• All Random Number Generator ("RNG")-based games on phl9 use independently certified RNG systems. Return-to-Player ("RTP") percentages are certified by accredited testing laboratories and are publicly disclosed within each game's information panel.
• phl9 is not responsible for any technical failures, interruptions, or errors arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control (including third-party game provider outages, telecommunications failures, or internet service disruptions). In the event of a game malfunction, phl9 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return staked amounts to the player's wallet.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by the results of the relevant sporting event as confirmed by the official governing body or, where applicable, the broadcast record of the live event. phl9's determination of outcomes is final.
• Sabong event results are determined by the licensed cockpit operator. phl9 is not responsible for errors or disputes arising from the physical conduct of the event.
• Any wager placed using funds derived from fraudulent activity, unauthorized payment methods, or in violation of these Terms shall be void. Any associated winnings will be forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phl9. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with phl9 games or the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or with employees of phl9 or its third-party game providers.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Registering or operating more than one (1) account on phl9.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Accessing phl9 if you are under 21 years of age.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in systematic betting patterns designed solely to clear bonus wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with phl9's software or infrastructure.

phl9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. The following responsible gaming tools and policies are in place:

• Age Restriction: As stated in Section 2, phl9 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement mandated by PAGCOR. Age is verified during KYC registration and may be re-verified at any time.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

All content on the phl9 platform — including but not limited to the phl9 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, data compilations, and audio-visual elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of phl9 or its licensed third-party providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other right, title, or interest in any phl9 intellectual property is transferred to you by virtue of your use of the Platform.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of phl9 intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• phl9 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• phl9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• phl9's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• phl9 is not liable for any loss caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications outages, or third-party payment processor failures.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit phl9's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of phl9, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through phl9's internal complaints procedure: submit a written complaint to [email protected] and phl9 will endeavour to respond within five (5) business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, either party may submit the matter for resolution in accordance with the applicable rules and jurisdiction of the competent courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines, including PAGCOR where the dispute relates to the conduct of gaming operations.

phl9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS notification to the mobile number on file and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory requirement.

The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of phl9 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure.
